Conscious breathing technique for week 1

You can combine the breathing with listening to the light language. This might intensify your experience.

  1. Lay or sit comfortable.
  2. Relax your jaw and let it hang loosely. Your tongue rests completely still in your mouth.
  3. Breathe in and count to 4,
  4. Hold and count to 4,
  5. Breathe out and count to 4.
  6. Hold and count to 4,
  7. Repeat this exercise 4 times.
  8. Start normal breathing.
