Conscious breathing technique for week 1
You can combine the breathing with listening to the light language. This might intensify your experience.
- Lay or sit comfortable.
- Relax your jaw and let it hang loosely. Your tongue rests completely still in your mouth.
- Breathe in and count to 4,
- Hold and count to 4,
- Breathe out and count to 4.
- Hold and count to 4,
- Repeat this exercise 4 times.
- Start normal breathing.
