Welcome to the Supportive Course - Power in the Morning! Over the next 3 weeks, you will embark on a journey to discover how to feel energized and empowered every morning. This course will introduce you to various mindfulness tools, breathing technique, affirmations, and the use of pictures and light languages to start your day on a positive note. It's all about setting the right tone for a successful and empowered day ahead.
Let's start by exploring the power of mindfulness tools. By incorporating practices such as breathing, visualization, or gratitude journaling into your morning routine, you can cultivate a sense of calm and focus that will carry you through the day. These tools can help you center yourself, set intentions for the day, and tap into your inner strength. By being present in the moment and quieting the mind, you can boost your energy levels and approach the day with a clear and positive mindset.
Additionally, breathing techniques play a crucial role in energizing the body and mind. Deep breathing exercises can oxygenate your body, reduce stress levels, and increase overall vitality. Pairing these breathing exercises with affirmations, such as positive statements or mantras, can further enhance your sense of empowerment and motivation. By incorporating pictures and light languages that resonate with you, you can visually stimulate your mind and set a tone of inspiration for the day ahead. Daily time investment by you: 5-15 minutes depending on your possibilities

- 1 dedicated breathing meditation which should be done for 7 days in a row (can be combined with the light language to intensify the effects)
- 1 writing excercise/scripting/journalling
- 1 body-to-mind excercise
- Daily affirmation which should be said (loudly or in the mind) or written several times
- Daily picture to think about
- 1 dedicated light language which should support you to feel energized and highly empowered (every week a new one). It can be that the frequency might be too high for you. If you feel uncomfortable with the sounds, try it and allow it to resonate with you. If it does not work for you, you can skip it. At least try every morning to observe your reactions, feelings, and thoughts.
